What is the UAE Golden Visa?
The Golden Visa is a long-term residency visa (5 or 10 years) that enables foreign talents to live, work, or study in the UAE while enjoying exclusive benefits. It is self-sponsored, meaning you do not need an employer or local sponsor.
Who is Eligible?
1. Real Estate Investors
You can obtain a 10-year Golden Visa if you own a property in the UAE worth at least AED 2 Million. The property can be mortgaged (with specific conditions) or off-plan.
2. Entrepreneurs
If you own a company in the UAE with a capital of not less than AED 500,000 and it generates annual revenues of AED 1 Million+, you may be eligible.
3. Specialized Talents
Doctors, scientists, creative people of culture and art, inventors, executive directors, and athletes can apply with a valid employment contract and ministry approval.
